العناية والاستخدام
- اشطفها قبل الاستخدام الأول؛ املأها بالماء وانقعها لمدة 30-60 دقيقة، ثم تخلص من الماء.
- للحصول على أفضل تبريد، احتفظ به في مكان جيد التهوية (يبرد الطين المحروق من خلال التبخر الطبيعي).
- نظف باستخدام الماء وفرشاة ناعمة؛ تجنب المنظفات القاسية والليف الخشن.
- قم بتفريغها وتجفيفها بشكل دوري للحفاظ على نضارتها، خاصة في الطقس الرطب.
- العناية بالصنبور: اشطف فوهة الصنبور بانتظام؛ وجففها بعد التنظيف.

This is exactly what I've been searching for! It stands out from the rest. I've bought from so many places, and the product always felt inauthentic, like it was mixed with something. But this one is truly amazing. The only issue is the cover – it's not sealed well, with some gaps. I hope they address this, and the packaging could use improvement; it's safe but not aesthetically pleasing. I encourage you to enhance it. 🤩
I totally love th3 water pot and have been using it since i got my hands on the pot. Its amazing and I amdrinking more water than before as the water is cool which is just the thing we need this summer

Thank you for sharing your feedback. What you are noticing is usually the natural **sweating** of pure terracotta rather than a crack or defect. Handmade clay is porous by nature, so a slight moisture appearance on the outer surface can happen, especially when the matka is cooling water naturally.
This is actually one of the reasons terracotta keeps water cool in a traditional way. However, we understand it can sometimes feel like leaking if you are seeing it for the first time.
We recommend placing the matka on a coaster, plate, or stand and avoiding overfilling. If the water is dripping heavily or the moisture seems excessive, please message us directly with a photo or video and we will be happy to assist further.
