Are your products really handmade?
Yes — every ARK Naturals piece is handmade by skilled artisans using traditional terracotta techniques. No two pieces are identical, and that's the beauty of it.
How long does delivery take?
Standard UAE delivery takes 2–4 working days. For large or made-to-order pieces, it may take 5–7 working days. We’ll update you with tracking as soon as your order is dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within the UAE. For international inquiries, please email us — we’re exploring select global shipping soon.
How do I care for terracotta products?
• Handwash only, no dishwasher. • Dry completely before storing. • For cookware, season before first use (we include a care guide with every order).
Can I return an item?
We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect items, reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos. Due to the fragile and handmade nature, we don’t accept general returns or exchanges.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and other secure local payment methods during checkout.

Can I microwave your terracotta plates?
Technically yes, if unglazed, but we recommend caution. Uneven heating can crack natural clay. We suggest sticking to serving or low-heat usage.
Is terracotta eco-friendly or just trendy?
It’s deeply eco-conscious. Terracotta is made from natural clay, fired without heavy industrial processes, and fully biodegradable. It's been around for millennia — long before “green” was cool.
Do the colors fade over time?
No. Our natural matte finishes age beautifully with proper care. The clay may deepen in tone, but it won't flake or fade unnaturally.
