Welcome to ARK Naturals. These Terms of Service apply when you visit www.arknaturals.ae or place an order with us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About ARK Naturals
ARK Naturals sells handmade terracotta products and related goods through this website.

2. Products and Handmade Variations
Our products are handmade. Small variations in colour, texture, shape, finish and firing marks may occur from piece to piece. These natural differences are part of handmade terracotta.
We make reasonable efforts to display product photographs, descriptions, dimensions, capacities and other details accurately. Screen settings and lighting may affect how colours appear. Please read the product description and care information before ordering, and contact us if you need help choosing a product.
Any characteristics specific to a product—such as natural sweating on unglazed water products—will be explained on its product page. Disclosed handmade characteristics do not affect your rights if an item is genuinely faulty, damaged or not as described.
3. Prices, Promotions and Payment
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). Applicable taxes, delivery charges and discounts will be shown during checkout or as stated in the relevant offer.
Promotional offers are subject to the terms displayed with each offer, including any dates, eligible products, minimum spend or other conditions.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and locations. Any instalment payment option is subject to the provider’s own eligibility checks and terms.
Please make sure your order and contact details are accurate so we can process and deliver your purchase.
4. Orders and Availability
After placing an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order; it does not guarantee that every item is available for dispatch.
If an item becomes unavailable, or if we identify a material pricing or listing error before dispatch, we’ll contact you to discuss the available options. If we cancel an order and you have paid, we’ll refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.
5. Delivery
Delivery areas, charges, estimated delivery times and other delivery details are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as courier delays or public holidays.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and phone number. If the courier cannot complete delivery because the information provided is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable, we’ll contact you to arrange the next steps.
6. Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Our Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations Policy explains how to request a cancellation, return, exchange or refund. It forms part of these Terms of Service.
In summary:
- You may cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched.
- Eligible change-of-mind returns may be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery. Return collection is free within the UAE when the policy conditions are met.
- We offer one complimentary exchange per order within 7 calendar days of delivery. If the exchanged item has a different price, the price difference will be settled as described in the policy.
- If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
- Refunds are processed within the timeframe stated in the Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations Policy. Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are not paid in cash; we’ll contact you to arrange another suitable method.

7. Product Care and Use
Please follow the care, seasoning and usage instructions provided with your product and on the relevant product page. Terracotta is a natural material and may be affected by improper use, sudden temperature changes, unsuitable cleaning methods or failure to follow care instructions.

8. Website Use and Intellectual Property
You may use this website for lawful personal shopping and browsing. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.
Website content—including product photography, text, logos, graphics and designs—is owned by or used with permission by ARK Naturals. You may not copy, reproduce or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information provided when you browse, contact us or place an order. By using the website, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in that policy.
10. Website Availability and Updates
We work to keep our website and product information available and up to date, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted access or that every page will always be error-free.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the website applies to orders placed after its publication date. Any changes will not remove rights attached to an order already confirmed, except where required by law.
