Delivery Charges

• Free Delivery: Orders above AED 250 qualify for free standard delivery across the UAE.
• Flat Delivery Fee: Orders below AED 250 will incur a flat AED 20 delivery charge.

Delivery Timeline

• Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days from the date of order confirmation.
• You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Areas

• We deliver across all Emirates in the UAE.
• For remote or non-serviceable locations, our team will contact you to arrange alternate delivery or a pickup option.

Packaging

• All products are securely packed using eco-conscious materials to ensure safe delivery and minimal impact on the environment.
• In case of fragile items, we use extra protective layering to prevent breakage during transit.

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2 PM (UAE time) are processed on the same day.
• Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next working day.

Delays & Exceptions

• While we aim to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances like weather disruptions or courier issues may cause delays.
• In case of delays beyond 7 working days, please contact our support team at support@arknaturals.ae.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
• Email us at support@arknaturals.ae with photos of the product and packaging.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
