5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to love your ARK Naturals product. However, due to the fragile and handmade nature of our goods:

• We only accept returns/exchanges if the item is damaged or incorrect.
• You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the item, with photo proof.
• No refunds on used, custom-made, or sale items.
