Every piece at ARK Naturals is handmade with care, love, and natural materials — which means each item is unique, and slight variations or marks are part of its charm. That said, we deeply care about your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of what we deliver.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

We take extensive care in packing and inspecting your order before it ships. However, in the rare event that your item arrives damaged, cracked, chipped, or leaking, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item(s) and the outer packaging
  • A short description of the issue

Once verified, we will send you a replacement of the same item at no additional cost. Please note, due to the nature of our product, refunds are not offered in these cases — but we will ensure you receive a perfect piece.

2. Returns

Since each product is made in small batches and finished by hand, we do not accept returns for reasons like:

  • Minor colour variations or natural marks
  • Change of mind

We encourage you to reach out with any product-related questions before ordering — we’re always happy to help guide your purchase.

3. Note on Handmade Variation

Please remember, slight irregularities in texture, glaze, or form are natural to the handmade process and are not considered defects. These are signs of authenticity and human touch.
